looking good desi! The doli looks just like my signed soup doli! and yeah I scoured over both of the Hawk paullys hahaha they were like 99% identical the one you got has a small blister right below where the shaft starts to curve I think, that was about it... and does the q stick look like a 1987 stick or what haha!

NEW HawkQuarters shipment in yesterday! Score one fore the good guys!!! (photos to come when I get time) I picked up the game used skates for Buff, Soup & Brouwer. My buddy Jason (gobucky) got Keiths practice skates and bollands game skates earlier today. I got a pair of Barkers (most likely rookie) game used gloves but here's the real coup... I got Crawford and Niemi's game used trappers... (Jason got Huets earlier)... They got a shipment in yesterday. Not much new in the stick department, but lots of no name gloves, a ton of shells (for you guys looking for a great deal on still in the bag unused shells) and then they had a few new guys skaes most of which jason and I took (though they still had fraiser when I left a few hours ago and then some of the ones that have been up tehre a few weeks. They have 3 sets of goalie kick pads (I believe flarity, craw and niemi) and they they have the red craford (labeled practice) glove and blocker as well. Kick pads are steep but for 1k that level of goalie pads are sick for the right guy! I think that's about it. Now I have to decide out of what I got what I want to keep and what I need to move to support my crack memoribilia collection hahahaha! |

I printed this out a nice 8 1/2 by 11 on some thick cardstock. I plan on getting it signed this coming weekend. Prolly going to put a nice black frame on it. Something different.

Alright, since the convention is coming up and i've got the itch for game used goalie stuff, thought i'd post a little something to mix it up.
Here are the 2007-2008 Rockford Icehogs goalie preseason / prospect camp jerseys. Magers use to be a Rockford Icehog (UHL) and Flaherty is now the goalie coach for the Icehogs (AHL). Crawford is with the Icehogs and has floated back and forth to the Blackhawks during the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 seasons. I've enjoyed checking in on this thread for some time now, and figured I'd finally take the time to post some of the memorabilia I keep in my office at home. It's clearly not only hockey, and it doesn't compare to some of the stuff already posted here, such as the awesome photos from Desi, and all the game used equipment, but I certainly do enjoy collecting and look forward to the day I can share some of these things with my kids when I have them.

      And this Hank Aaron ball signed by the entire 1958 Milwaukee Braves team including the late Ed Mathews was handed down to me from my grandfather who had it signed in person is by far the prize of my collection. The Aaron signature is nowhere near as faded as this picture makes it look.  |

awesome collections guys! I was just wondering if anyone knows of some good sports shops in the chicagoland area that stock 8x10 or 16x20 pictures. I know i can pick them up at the hawks convention this weekend but I was looking to get some for the thursday autograph show at the Mcdonalds.
