I started following hockey in the 2007-08 season when I started college. The only sports team my school had that was worth watching was a hockey team. I began to learn the game and kept attending the home games. I then began following the Blackhawks since I'm from the Chicago area. I had no idea what was going on with the team and thought they still sucked like they did through most of the late 90's and early 2000's. I never expected this kind of ride though.
