Thanks buddy !!!

Again this is my dark horse that is flying under the radar. He is one of their best defensive defensemen they have. He has offensive upside but takes care of business on D first.

👍 he's mine as well, I started a thread on him after his last World Juniors, he really impressed me, smart kid.

Tuulola is a close 2nd.

Seen him at his first prospects camp before going back to Europe and he stuck out to me. Seen him again this year and he was even better. His positioning is better he can win board battles and can move people out from in front of the net. Defensively he is strong ....alot like your cuz. He could be the next Keith Brown.

much better to see on a computer screen rather than peripherally on the ice like that guy.

Love going to the prospects camps. You get to see what these kids look like when first getting here which it's their first year so they are not gonna stay and go to different teams and leagues then see them the next year and see how their game has improved or not.

D-cats first prospect camp he didn't look good at all and put this on the boards. Big T pointed out he was playing a lot of hockey before arriving at camp and was probably fatigued. Well he looked great at training camp after some rest and the rest is history. Joker this year was just an eye opener and him being all ears on how to improve was a great to watch.

Carlsson I knew was going to take a few years because he never played on NA ice but his first camp you just noticed his awareness of the ice and how he would position himself to make the defensive plays. He's also pretty good offensively but it's his defense that stood out to me. Now having seen Keith Brown for hundreds of games he is the one who stuck out the most as far as comparison. Good offensively but really good defensively.

I made seven in a row back when they held an afternoon scrimmage every day, missed the last two due to the format. I liked Dahlstrom in his first 2 camps but I thought he plateaued at Rockford…….all he was really doin' was developing properly for a few years in the 'A'. At the time,I thought the big, stay at home,Swede D-man absorbed contact with ease and was calm with the puck and after watching him the last month,I think he has a little Hjalmarsson in him. He's rarely out of position and rarely coughs the puck up.

GO HAWKS!!!!!

GO HAWKS!!!!!

For awhile we thought we had some really good forwards turns out we had some really bad D men. I think that has been corrected and I am so.looking forward to next year's camp. Having these prospects move up in class or leagues and playing in the tourney shows they are not flukes and are learning the ropes.

Stan still needs to get the team help because most still need some time and I'd like to see one or two join per season than having 4 or 5 like what is happening now.

Gotta love Nathan Noel - great character guy! He's scrappy too, very much the agitator. He's one of my favorites this year.

I've been keeping an eye on him since he was drafted cause he's from Newfoundland, I was born in Cornerbrook, and the games I seen him play for the Sea Dogs he reminded me a lot of Bolland, right shot center, same stature, and both are pests 😁

I'd say that's an apt comparison.
