I originally posted a few photos while riding coat tails in another Blackhawks room post but figured now that I've reached 'posting status' I would put this up. I was so proud of it I even started a site for people with team-themed rooms. Hi guys,

Well...I'm sure with all of you Die Hard Hawks fans you will remember this story...

Back in Jan. 2010 during the Hawks Cup run...the Hawks, Comcast and Great Escape had a major contest...The Ultimate Hawks Fan cave....

Denis Savard surprised the winner by coming to the house and presenting the winner with the grand prize....

Well my fellow fans....That was me...;-)  I was voted the winner of the Ultimate Hawks Fan cave...;-)  since I have won I have done major up grades to the Fan Cave...

I just learned how to do photo bucket...So shortly I will put up all the photos...There is a video of Savvy and myself in my Cave on the Hawks web site....its under "Savard meets big fan"....

Thanks man...!! Much appreciated...!!! I'm sure in the near future if we were to meet-a poker game among Hawks Die Hard Fans would be possible...

We probably passed each other many times at the UC during a game...;-)

Wow waymee, how did you talk the Hawks into moving the team museum into your basement? How much is admission to that room? Very well done man, I think that may be the benchmark for Hawks rooms.
