  1. Stan As Gm

I find it hard to believe that Rocky doesn't know what's going on (that the Hawks lost 6 games/that there is a lack of chemistry with this team, etc.) Call me crazy but Rocky attends every home game I believe. Maybe Rocky isn't a micro manager and believes in the people he hired to make those decisions. That to me is a good boss. When it comes to player decisions there are a lot of variables that come into play for Stan. Who is available for trade and what does the other team want from you (Stan)in return. If Stan isn't satisfied with Q who is available to bring in to replace them. Now to answer your question: If wrong player personal decisions continue to be made, and Rocky lets it happen is it okay with me? No, but I don't believe that to be the case. I believe there are a lot of variables at play here why the hawks are on this skid. I put the onus mainly on the players first, coach a close second.

Do you honestly believe that Rocky Wirtz doesn't see whats going on? My 9 year old knows whats going on. Do you really think Rocky hasn't put forth a lot of effort to get some of the best guys in hockey here. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that Stan is taking advice from Scotty Bowman and I'm sure Scotty has had a few talks with Q too.
